London Life Drawing is entirely run by professional artists, our aim is to share what we have learned from living and working as artists. We will show you how to paint, how to organise your studio/kitchen table, how to buy materials, how to draw, which pencils, charcoal, pastels, erasers are best, how to use a sketch book, draw from the life model, if you want to learn more about art, who better to ask, than an artist?

This is a hands on introduction to oil painting, you will be painting from the start, using an essential 5 colour palette and making one painting per week, we cover all the essentials of painting, and demystify the practice for you, this course is a must if you want to paint, but don't know where to start.

Building on what we learn in Painting 1 this hands on course employs a more extensive 11 colour palette, teaching you to stretch and prime your own canvases and compose your own paintings. in combination with Painting 1 this course is designed to enable you to paint independently.
